Housekeeper

Experienced Housekeeper Private Family Home outside Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking a dedicated professional to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and upkeep in a beautiful private home just outside Conshohocken. As part of a household team, you will play a key role in keeping the home calm, well maintained, and welcoming for the family and their guests.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology, follows detailed instructions well, and communicates clearly. Excellent references from previous employers are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and deep cleaning throughout the interior, keeping the home clean and organized at all times
• Handle daily laundry, including ironing clothes and linens
• Monitor and restock supplies in the pantry, refrigerator, supply closets, and bathrooms, keeping each area organized
• Serve as the home's eyes and gatekeeper: answer the door and oversee vendors as needed
• Provide warm, polished hospitality to the family and their guests
• Anticipate needs and attend to the small details; a passion for organization is a must

Qualifications

• 5+ years of housekeeping experience in a high-profile private home
• Knowledge of proper care for fine garments and high-end furnishings
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong, verifiable references from current and past employers

Schedule: This position is full-time, Monday through Friday role, starting at 8am, with flexibility to work on weekends, if needed.

Compensation: This is an hourly position: $45- 60/hour plus discretionary bonus as well as excellent benefits.
