Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Willingness to work overnight shifts in a manufacturing environment

Experience Requirements

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, sanitation, custodial, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Experience working in food production or regulated environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to maintain productivity with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, and repetitive cleaning motions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment
• Ability to wear required PPE, including hair nets, beard nets, and safety equipment

Job Duties

• Clean and maintain assigned production, warehouse, restroom, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, sanitize, and disinfect floors, surfaces, and workspaces
• Empty trash and dispose of waste according to company procedures
• Refill sanitation and cleaning supplies as needed
• Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready facility
• Report maintenance, sanitation, and safety concerns to supervisors
• Support additional cleaning and sanitation projects as assigned

What You Will Do

As a Housekeeper you will clean and prepare guest rooms, offices, common areas, or other assigned spaces by changing linens, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, removing waste, and reporting maintenance concerns. You will follow established cleaning schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures while helping maintain comfortable, orderly, and welcoming environments.

The Housekeeper plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and comfort of hospitality, residential, healthcare, or commercial environments. This position requires dependable work habits, organization, and careful attention to detail.
