What You'll Do
- Clean resident rooms, offices, and common areas including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and guests
- Clean spills, soiled areas, and other housekeeping needs promptly
- Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and infection control procedures
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored
- Handle cleaning products and hazardous materials safely
- Report hazards, equipment concerns, and maintenance issues promptly
- Help maintain community appearance and resident satisfaction
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable and trustworthy work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
