Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents
- Maintain cleanliness of leasing office, clubhouse, and common areas
- Ensure daily upkeep of interior and exterior community spaces
- Operate carpet cleaning equipment as needed
- Manage custodial supply inventory and maintain equipment
- Clean work areas, tools, and equipment after use
- Provide timely and courteous service to residents and team members
- Follow OSHA and EPA standards and comply with all Fair Housing regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum2 years of related experience preferred
- Bilingual helpful but not required
- Ability to walk the property regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals and mechanical equipment
