Position Summary:
Ensures cleanliness of Community by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Performs all housekeeping duties in resident apartments including vacuuming of carpets, mopping of floors, cleaning bathrooms, high dusting, trash removal and changing of bed linens
· Cleans restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
· Reports any observed problems or deficiencies in resident services to Executive Director
· Cleans community common areas.
· Performs any other duty upon supervisor's request.

Education and/or Experience:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
· Ability to write simple correspondence.
· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability:
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
