Housekeeper / House Manager Position

HOUSEKEEPER / HOUSE MANAGER – LAKEVILLE, CT

Location: Lakeville, CT
Compensation: $37/hour
Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thurs 2:30–8 PM; Tues & Fri 9 AM–6 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 35/week
Position: Long-term, live-out

About the Family

Warm, busy family seeking a dependable and organized Housekeeper/House Manager to maintain their 4,000 sq. ft. home and help care for three school-age children (ages 10, 8 & 8). Ideal candidate is proactive, nurturing, independent, and looking for a long-term position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the home, including one weekly deep-clean day
• Daily kitchen and household upkeep
• Manage household errands and logistics
• Drive children to activities and appointments
• Prepare simple, kid-friendly meals
• Provide childcare as needed
• Occasional overnight care, approximately 2x/month

Requirements

• Professional housekeeping and childcare experience
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed
• Warm, flexible, and nurturing
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable vehicle
• 3–5 professional references
