Overview:

Make a meaningful impact every day by keeping our community safe, clean, and welcoming—helping our residents feel cared for and valued. Community First Solutions is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at Sycamore Glen in Dayton, Ohio. In this role, you’ll maintain assigned areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation while creating a comfortable and inviting environment. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent service to seniors.

 

Schedule: Full time 40 hours a week 

Pay:  Starting at $16.00 an hour and up, pay is based on professional expereinece.

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred

• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude

• Ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness

• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing light physical work

• Team-oriented and willing to assist coworkers as needed

• 18 years of age or older
