Steele Hill Resort, nestled in the scenic beauty of Sanbornton, NH-just 15 minutes from Laconia, Tilton, and Belmont and overlooking Lake Winnisquam-is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. Steele Hill is a premier, high-end resort featuring over 150 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and a wide variety of indoor and outdoor amenities (available for employee use!).

Duties & Responsibilities
Review daily assignment lists and develop an efficient cleaning strategy
Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Properly complete all four steps of room turnover: stripping, cleaning, stocking, and formatting
Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment at the beginning and end of each shift
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to management
Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with guests
Work independently or collaboratively to complete daily assignments
Coordinate with the Houseman to assess team needs
Recognize issues requiring management attention and notify the Manager on Duty as appropriate
Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and via radio
Strong attention to detail
Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete routine daily tasks
Compensation
Starting at $17.50 per hour, plus tips
