    About the Opportunity

    As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and team members. This position is responsible for maintaining resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness spaces, and other assigned areas while supporting community standards for cleanliness, safety, infection control, and resident well-being.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Clean and sanitize resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, offices, and other assigned spaces.
    • Follow infection control and safety procedures to maintain a healthy environment.
    • Ensure housekeeping supplies are stocked and report maintenance concerns promptly.
    • Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and team members.
    • Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
    • Assist in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
    • Complete assigned duties efficiently and independently while supporting overall community operations.

    Qualifications

    • Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, healthcare, or related experience preferred.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or hospitality environments is a plus.
    • Current CBRF certifications required or ability to obtain upon hire, including:
      • Standard Precautions
      • First Aid & Choking
      • Fire Safety
    • Strong commitment to resident-centered service and safety.
