Housekeeper for Apartment Community

Apartment community looking for someone to perform the following duties:

• Full time 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Effectively clean and maintain all elevators, floor landings, stairwells and corridors
• Empty all trash receptacles
• Keep all entry locations and foyers free of soil, trash and litter
• Polish, spot clean and vacuum all carpeted areas and lighting fixtures
• Keep first floor exterior windows, all interior windows and glass doors clean
• Clean office, community room and fitness area daily

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience
• Prior excellent customer service experience
• Possess excellent communications skills
• Clean valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Drug free and clean criminal background
