Maintain communication with residents and other staff as appropriate. Respond to scheduled or unpredictable needs and emergency calls from residents. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individuals in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner. Position Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 18 years of age required. One year related experience preferred. Background check clearance (both criminal and Health Care Worker) required. Certified in emergency resuscitation required. Completion of two-step Tuberculin skin test required. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner both verbally and in writing.
