Position Summary

Eleven is seeking a team oriented and flexible Housekeeper to ensure application of the highest Eleven standards for cleanliness. This position will work with the housekeeping and lodge teams to complete daily and checkout cleans for all guest rooms according to Eleven standards, and accommodating guest schedules. This position requires proficiency with English and an understanding of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) procedures, as well as ability to work flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of a hospitality company with high standards of excellence, and the ability to succeed and maintain a positive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to ever-changing needs of a growing company. Position Purpose

• Ensure application of the highest Eleven standard for cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas throughout Eleven properties in Colorado.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Complete daily and checkout cleans for all guest rooms according to Eleven standards.
• Work around guest schedules to clean common areas on a regular schedule.
• Work together with the rest of the housekeeping team and the lodge team to complete all cleaning needs in a timely manner.
• Communicate daily with the Housekeeping Manager and other team members about the needs of guests.
• Communicate cleaning materials and other inventory needed to Housekeeping Manager.
• Iron as needed and put laundry away.
• Keep storage areas organized.
• Maintain clear communication with all employees, including Lodge Managers when Housekeeping Manager is not available.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with the English language, written and spoken.

Special Position Requirements

• Ability to maintain focus on necessary tasks and receive and apply feedback from superiors and team members.

Preferences

• Proficiency with the Spanish language, written and spoken.

Work Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be physically capable of climbing stairs repeatedly, carrying cleaning products, vacuuming and reaching tall areas, and crouching for lower areas.
