- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is an asset.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel environment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
