Housekeeper - Property Management

Location: Buda, TX 78610

Schedule: Monday through friday

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our residential community. This role ensures common areas and vacant units are clean, organized, and ready for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, offices, and shared facilities
• Prepare vacant units by cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness around dumpsters and property grounds
• Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift 25-40 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
