Position Overview
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to IHG brand standards. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and reset guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways and public areas
- Restock carts with linens, supplies, and cleaning products
- Report maintenance issues or room damage promptly
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
- Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests
- Work closely with the housekeeping team and management to meet daily room goals
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience required, IHG experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time‐management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
