Indian Spring Country Club is a private, member-owned country club committed to the highest level of service. We offer a fun, friendly, and caring work environment. We currently have an immediate openings for Housekeepers. Weekend and day shifts available. We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.

Qualifications:
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Must have the ability to work independently.
  • Must have a pleasant and upbeat attitude.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to bend and move to the requirements of the job.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, crouch, stoop and kneel if needed.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

Responsibilities:
  • The Housekeeper will be responsible for daily cleaning for all of the operations including but not limited to: offices, public spaces and restroom facilities.
  • Performs light and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans.
  • Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to supervisor.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
  • Graciously tends to the needs of members and guests.
  • Always address members needs and requests immediately.
  • Communicate with Manager to ensure all guest/member requests are fulfilled.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge/Ability to vacuum/mop and clean areas.
  • Adhere to Indian Spring CC dress and grooming standards.
  • Employee(s) will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments.
  • To perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the skills, aptitudes, and abilities to perform each duty proficiently.
