Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Housekeeping Manager for an exclusive club.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Establish, implement, and maintain high housekeeping standards and operating procedures.
  • Prepare and manage optimized staffing schedules according to business demand.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure superior cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
  • Recommend necessary repairs, repainting, structural changes, new furnishings, and equipment relocation.
  • Track, maintain, and manage inventories for all housekeeping equipment and supplies.
  • Continuously research and implement advanced cleaning techniques, modern tools, and sustainable practices.
  • Select and purchase property furnishings, equipment, and cleaning products within allocated budgets.
  • Perform other operational and managerial tasks as assigned by executive leadership.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on supervisory or managerial experience in housekeeping.
  • Strong ability to interpret business insights, technical guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent written communication skills for reports, correspondence, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ability to deliver clear, confident presentations and address inquiries from management and guests professionally.
  • Practical mathematical aptitude and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

Schedule: Full-time (approx. 40–50 hours/week). Must have flexible availability, including working on weekends, holidays, and during peak business seasons.

Physical demands: Frequent walking, standing, reaching, bending, and stooping throughout the day. Ability to comfortably lift and carry up to 25 pounds (11 kg).

Pay Rate Range: $90000.00 - $110000.00 / Year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
