    Description

    Seeking an experienced Household Manager / Personal Assistant to support an Executive and his family in the Park City, Utah area. This position will have a strong focus on the day-to-day management, organization, and oversight of the family’s household and property, while also providing personal assistant support to the Executive as needed.

     

    This is a full-time position averaging 20 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility required based on household needs, travel, events, and special projects.

    The Household Manager will primarily communicate with the Executive but should also be comfortable coordinating with family members, household staff, vendors, contractors, and other service providers.

     

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operation, organization, and needs of the Park City residence
    • Manage household maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and seasonal property preparation
    • Coordinate vendors and contractors including landscaping, snow removal, cleaning, and home services. Oversee projects from scheduling through completion.
    • Maintain household organization, including closets, storage areas, supplies, and inventories
    • Proactively identify and resolve household needs before they become larger issues
    • Manage household purchasing, personal shopping, errands, deliveries, shipping, and dry cleaning
    • Assist with event, dinner, and party planning
    • Coordinate with household staff and family members as needed
    • Assist with trash, plants, and other routine household needs when necessary
    • Help manage and coordinate additional family properties as needed

     

    Personal Assistant Support

    In addition to household management responsibilities, the position will provide support to the Executive, including:

    • Managing and coordinating the Executive’s personal calendar and schedule
    • Travel planning and itinerary management
    • Preparing and organizing items needed for travel
    • Coordinating transportation and airport pick-ups/drop-offs
    • Handling reservations, appointments, and personal errands
    • Providing occasional administrative support related to the Executive’s business activities
    • Managing special projects and other personal requests as assigned

     

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3–5 years of professional Household Manager, Estate Manager, or similar private household experience preferred
    • Previous Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience is a plus
    • Experience managing a high-end residence in Park City or the surrounding Utah area strongly preferred
    • Strong familiarity with coordinating household vendors, contractors, maintenance, and property services
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
    • Proactive and able to anticipate household and Executive needs
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion
    • College degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Valid driver’s license and safe, reliable transportation
    • Ability to successfully complete a background check
    • Minimum of three professional references
    • Non-smoking/vaping
    • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

     

    Start Date, Compensation & Benefits

    • Start Date: ASAP
    • Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with flexibility as needed
    • Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
    • Paid Time Off: Two weeks, eligible immediately
