Employment Type: Part-time with potential to grow (10 hours per week, 2-3 days per week)
Schedule: Monday/Tuesday & Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM, with some flexibility for travel prep and occasional extended hours.

We are a busy, professional family with two young children and a full, active household. We are looking for someone who can bring a sense of calm, order, and momentum to the details of everyday life. From keeping track of everyone's things and preparing for travel to staying ahead of household needs and helping us think through what is coming next, we want someone who makes family life feel a little easier.
This is a hands-on household operations role, with the majority of the work centered around organization, logistics, and making sure things are ready before we need them. We need someone who can help us manage the moving pieces of our weekly and monthly life, keep task lists moving, and take ownership of the details that are easy to overlook when life gets busy.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who will become a trusted part of our family's rhythm. Someone who notices what needs to happen, takes care of it, and helps our home feel organized, prepared, and ready for whatever the week brings.
You are the kind of person who naturally notices the details. You see the overflowing closet and think about how to make it work better. You know the family is leaving Friday and start thinking about what needs to be packed on Wednesday. You notice the household supplies are running low before anyone has to ask. You like being the person who quietly makes things happen.
You are organized, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. You can keep an eye on the bigger picture while handling the practical details, from weekly and monthly task lists to organizing children's belongings, preparing for travel, coordinating errands, and keeping the home ready for what comes next. You do not need every task spelled out for you, and you take pride in following things through.
You are looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference in a family's day-to-day life. You bring good judgment, warmth, reliability, and a calm presence, and you enjoy being the person a family can count on to keep things moving.
Please submit a short intro letter, your updated resume, and 3 professional references with contact information.
