Household Manager-Nanny

Part-Time Nanny / Household Assistant
A family is seeking a dependable, highly organized Nanny/Household Assistant for a long-term position caring for two young children, ages 1 and 2, while also assisting with light household tasks and errands.

Schedule:
Monday, Thursday, & Friday 11:00AM - 3:00PM
Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00AM - 1:00PM
Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours per week
Compensation: $25-30 per hour
Benefits: 1 week paid vacation, 5 personal/sick paid days

Mom will be home during the day, and the nanny will work alongside her as an extra set of hands while she is caring for the children. The ideal candidate will be someone the family can truly trust—warm, dependable, positive, and happy to become a consistent part of their daily routine.

This role is best suited for someone who is meticulous by nature. Mom keeps an immaculate, highly organized home with exacting standards. Everything has a specific place and is expected to be returned exactly where it belongs, every time. The right person notices the smallest details, takes real pride in a perfectly kept space, and is comfortable following established household systems closely in a high-expectation environment. A polished, well-groomed appearance is expected.

The nanny will accompany Mom and the children to activities and outings, assist while Mom is attending to the children, run errands, and help with household needs so the day runs smoothly.

The home has a swimming pool and a large, friendly dog, so candidates should be comfortable around both. The nanny should also have a reliable vehicle for activities, outings, and errands.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with childcare for two toddlers
• Accompanying Mom and the children to activities and outings
• Serving as an extra set of hands while Mom is attending to the children
• Laundry
• Dishes and kitchen tidying
• Light organizing and general household tidying, maintained to a precise standard
• Grocery shopping
• Running errands and returns
• Assisting with general household needs
• Helping maintain the home between weekly professional cleanings

Requirements & Additional Details:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Comfortable driving for errands and activities
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with exceptionally high personal standards for cleanliness and organization
• Able to follow precise household systems and preferences exactly as directed
• Professional, well-groomed appearance and presentation
• Long-term, live-out position

• Professional house cleaners come once per week
