Location: Charlotte, NC 28207
Employment Type: Part-Time, 28-35 hours per week (guaranteed 28 hours)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend flexibility for date nights and dog sitting
Compensation: $30-35 per hour

We're a family of five navigating the beautiful chaos that comes with raising three school-aged kids. Our home is lively and full of energy—especially when you add our two dogs into the mix: a big, lovable golden retriever and a sweet little cavalier who thinks she runs the place.

You're proactive, not reactive. If you notice the pantry's running low, a light bulb is out, or a space could use some reorganizing, you handle it. You take pride in creating systems that work and leaving things better than you found them.
You're flexible and adaptable, but also incredibly dependable. You thrive in homes where every day is a little different, and you genuinely enjoy being the person people can count on. Bonus points if you're comfortable around dogs, love a good organizational challenge, and can stay calm and positive when things get hectic.
