Position Overview

 

The Household & Lifestyle Manager oversees the daily residential experience, household operations, guest services, and lifestyle coordination for the principals and guests. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional hospitality standards, ensuring the residence operates seamlessly, and managing the overall presentation, comfort, and functionality of the home environment.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily household operations and residential readiness
  • Manage guest relations, arrivals, departures, and hospitality experiences
  • Assist in oversight of daily grounds projects and exterior guest area preparedness
  • Coordinate and execute private events, entertaining, and lifestyle programming
  • Supervise household staff (contracted bartenders, housekeepers etc.) and ensure all are meeting service standards
  • Oversee household organization, inventories, and replacement of household items
  • Ensure aesthetic presentation and overall visual standards of the residence
  • Update and replace household items as needed to meet principal standards
  • Identifying household related maintenance issues, including cosmetic functions, and coordinate repairs
  • Oversee interior repair work
  • Assists with grocery shopping, meal prep, beverage services, and hosting support as needed
  • Coordinate household-related vendor services and scheduling
  • Assist principals with personal, lifestyle, and household-related requests
  • Maintain proactive communication regarding household needs and improvements
  • Main POC for guests
  • Killway property interior cleanliness, cosmetic oversee, and updating household items
  • Reports to principals as needed, providing biweekly updates, and monthly project and budget overviews

  • Ability to quickly assess problems, identify appropriate solution, and see to resolution. Must be proactive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Able to walk, climb, lift, squat, kneel, pull and reach overhead on a routine and repetitive basis
  • Possesses good vision (may be corrected vision) and the ability to hear, understand and communicate English
  • Available and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays
