    Job Description

    The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing hospital functions on a designated shift.  He/she confers with the nursing staff, physicians, and other department personnel as necessary to meet the overall needs of patients. Informs the hospital administrator on call of any situation that may require attention.  Manages staffing to provide continuity of professional nursing care.

    Additional Job Description

    Schedule: 40hours per week; Monday - Friday

    Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience

    Work Experience: At least 2 years in an acute care facility
     

     Licenses/Certificates: RN Licensure in the State of South Carolina or Compact Licensure Agreement, AHA BLS Certification, AHA ACLS Certification
