What Youll Do
- Provide clinical backup primarily to the Emergency Department
- Support Med Surg and Special Care units as needed
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure patient safety and high-quality care
- Assist in managing daily hospital operations during shifts
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and on-call responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations
What You Need
- Valid Wisconsin RN license (pending licenses welcome)
- Prior RN experience; emergency/acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Flexible and responsive team player
