A community healthcare facility near Helena, Montana is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join its leadership team!
Pay: $35.00 - $52.00 / hourly
Registered Nurse House Supervisor Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; day and night shifts available
- Up to $20,000 retention bonus

Registered Nurse House Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and patient flow within critical care and nursing departments
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff while assisting with patient care as needed
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Monitor staffing, resource utilization, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Registered Nurse House Supervisor Qualifications:
- Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Minimum of three years of RN experience in a hospital setting required
- Recent ICU experience preferred
- Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued
