This role involves regular patrols, managing security checkpoints during high -traffic events, responding to emergencies, and offering assistance to visitors. In the role of a House -of -Worship Armed Security Agent, you are more than just a guardian; you are an integral part of the religious community's fabric, ensuring that the sanctuary remains a haven for all who seek solace and worship. Entrusted with the task of safeguarding the congregation, you will navigate the delicate balance of providing stringent security while respecting the sanctity and serenity of the environment. Drawing from specialized training, you'll meticulously patrol, detect potential risks, and swiftly respond to emergencies, always with a deep reverence for the space and its attendees. This position requires vigilance and a profound understanding of the unique sensitivities associated with religious settings, ensuring that every individual feels protected and at peace.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
  • Must be 23 years of age or older.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Previous security -related work experience.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Working knowledge of basic security techniques.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Previous Military, Law Enforcement, and Government Agency experience is an advantage.<\/b><\/span>
    <\/b><\/li>
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University is a plus (not mandatory).<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Authorized to work in the United States<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Valid Class D License<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Valid Class G License<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Valid Class W License (an advantage).<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Must be able to pass a criminal/background check and must be able to pass a drug test spontaneously while employed.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Possess a valid and current driver’s license.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong command of the English language (Others are an advantage).<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • High Self -Confidence balanced with a reasonable amount of humility, strong leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills, very proactive, and outstanding attention to detail.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Successfully completed Pulmus7 Basic Training’.
