House Manager Residential Supports - Overtime Available!!!

We are looking for a dependable and compassionate House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and support residential staff
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served
• Coordinate daily activities, appointments, meals, medications, and household needs
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support individualized service and behavior plans
• Assist with staffing coverage and participate in the on-call system
• Maintain the home and assigned vehicle

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
• Ability to work irregular hours when needed
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive
