Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | On-Call as Needed



Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential group home serving individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ID). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to providing high-quality care while managing and supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).



Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Intellectual Disability (ID) field

  • Strong experience with Therap documentation

  • Proven experience using QuickMAR for medication management

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage staff professionally and effectively

  • Must be reliable and available for on-call responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise, manage, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Therap

  • Oversee medication administration and compliance using QuickMAR

  • Conduct routine house audits, including:

    • Fire and safety audits

    • Grocery and supply inventory

    • Individual medication audits

  • Create and manage monthly staff schedules

  • Respond to staff call-outs and operational needs while on-call

  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies

  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and supportive work environment
