We are seeking a dedicated and experienced House Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential care home serving individuals with developmental and/or medical needs. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality care, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and creating a safe and supportive environment for residents.
The House Manager will serve as the on-site leader, coordinating care, managing schedules, and acting as the primary point of contact between staff and leadership. This is a key leadership role within a growing organization.
