About Our Family

We're a family of two with one easygoing 11-year-old hound mix who's the perfect low-key companion. We have another family member in college who comes home for some stretches, so the rhythm of our home shifts with the seasons.

Our days are packed and dad travels frequently. That means our home life moves at a pretty quick clip. Sometimes we are out of the house all day, which means that mail piles up, the pantry gets chaotic, and things get left on the to-do list for far too long. We value efficiency and collaboration, and we're looking for someone who can help us stay organized, eat healthier, and keep the household chugging along without adding stress to an already packed schedule.

We're pretty laid-back. We appreciate professionalism, but want someone who feels comfortable in our home, understands our rhythm, and can work independently while still staying connected to what we need. If you're the kind of person who thrives on making things better while working independently, you'll fit right in here.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You bring a calm, grounded energy to everything you do. You walk into a space and just know what needs to happen next. You're naturally organized, but more than that, you're someone who takes initiative. You don't wait to be told what to do; you see what's needed and you handle it with care and competence.

Trustworthiness is at the core of who you are. You understand that working in someone's home is a privilege, and you take that seriously. You're discreet, reliable, and professional in the best sense of the word— respectful and thoughtful about the role you play in our family's life.

You enjoy coming up with creative dinner ideas and prepping a healthy meal. You are excited about enhancing household systems and even more enthusiastic about creating new ones. Whether it's running a quick errand, tidying up, or doing a full inventory of household supplies, you're all about tackling projects big and small.

Above all, you're someone who genuinely enjoys making a home run smoothly. You get satisfaction from a well-organized pantry, a variety of healthy meals prepped and ready, and a space that feels calm and welcoming. You're flexible, open-minded, and ready to grow with a family that values your expertise and trusts you to help make our household a home.
