About the Role:ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our growing team in Cleveland, MS. Responsibilities:- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential or commercial spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies as needed
- Remove trash and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency
Requirements:- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
