Molly Maid is hiring full-time House Cleaners !

Join our team and receive paid training, company-provided supplies and equipment, and a company vehicle to use while working. No previous professional house-cleaning experience is required.

Position Details

• Full-time: 36-40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Commission-based compensation: Housekeepers typically average $16-$21 per hour, depending on the amount of work completed and applicable commission rates.
• Pay frequency: Weekly
• Opportunities to earn customer tips
• Company vehicle provided during work hours

Job Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper / House Cleaner, you will:

• Clean residential homes according to Molly Maid cleaning standards and procedures
• Dust, vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms and kitchens, and perform other general housekeeping duties
• Follow cleaning checklists and established procedures
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and supplies
• Load, organize, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Safely operate a company vehicle when assigned
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications

No professional house-cleaning experience is required. We provide training.

Applicants should:

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be able to successfully complete a background check
• Be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting cleaning supplies and equipment, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning overhead surfaces
• Be available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the office
• Have a valid driver''s license if driving a company vehicle is part of the position
