Hubbard's Maid Service - Where Hard Work Meets Fulfillment!

Full-Time House Cleaner / Maid - Bluffton, SC

$22-$26 per hour (+ tips) M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No nights, weekends, or holidays

Hello! Are you an introvert who likes cats?

We're looking for hardworking, detail-oriented team members who take pride in making homes sparkle. If you love seeing immediate results from your effort, enjoy working with a positive crew, and want a stable, rewarding career (not just another cleaning gig), we want to meet you!

What We're Looking For:

• Hardworking & physically fit - This is an active job. You'll stay in great shape while getting paid to make every surface spotless.
• Detail-oriented - You notice the little things and refuse to leave even one dust bunny behind.
• Trustworthy & reliable - Our clients trust us with their homes. We need honest, respectful team players who show up on time and do what they say.
• Team player - We lift each other up and celebrate wins together.

What we expect from everyone on the team:

An obsession with quality that doesn't require supervision. Reliability that your teammates can count on, if you commit, you show up. Honesty as a baseline, not an aspiration. Pride in your work that's obvious in every home you leave. A competitive mindset that pushes you to be better, not one that tears others down.

We use GPS and route data as performance tools, the same way a coach uses stats. If transparency bothers you, this isn't the right fit.

If you want professional, day time hours, and you want a job with lot's of work, this is a job opportunity for you. If you want a serious type of employment because you want a big paycheck, you have big dreams, your saving for a car, a house, putting your kids through school, you want a vacation, this is that type of job. If you are looking for a job where you worked hard and earned your pay, and didn't show up just to get by, you will enjoy working here, and you will be around other serious co-workers who are like minded.

The people who succeed here are big dreamers who want big paychecks and big lives.

What We Offer You:

• Competitive pay: $22-$26 per hour (based on performance and experience)
• Consistent full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no nights, weekends, or holidays)
• Real benefits: Life insurance, paid time off, paid training, on-the-job training, professional development assistance, opportunities for advancement, and a referral program
