Provides administrative and project support across Sponsored Projects functions, including proposal development, post-award administration, reporting, records management, data entry, training support, special projects, and other projects as assigned. Work assignments are coordinated by OSP staff based on departmental priorities and operational needs. The position will report to OSP's Senior Proposal Development Officer.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
One to two years of related experience. Familiarity with data entry, data management, or computer programming is a plus. Strong organizational, scheduling, and planning skills are preferred.
