Position Overview:

In this remote role, you’ll help travelers find the right accommodations, answer questions, and provide a smooth booking experience. No prior travel experience is required — full training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with hotel research and reservations
- Provide details on pricing, amenities, and availability
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or online platforms
- Maintain accurate booking records
- Participate in virtual training and team support sessions
