The Rack Clerk assists the Hotel Shift Manager by effectively managing the hotel inventory.
Duties:
Maintain positive, constructive working relationships with coworkers and guests.
Maintain strong communication with other departments to streamline hotel operations.
Effectively manage and control the hotel inventory to ensure maximum utilization.
Assist Hotel Shift Manager in executing shift reports.
Maintain ticket bank and Ticket Sales window.
Assist on the front line as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one-year front desk experience.
Minimum one-year customer service experience.
Minimum one-year experience in the operation of the AS/400 including the LMS and CMS programs.
