And you are the key to bringing it to life.\n \nThe Hotel Operations Supervisor creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily execution, consistent brand standards and high guest satisfaction. The Hotel Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while supporting the operational needs of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments.\n\n First contact for guest concerns, ensuring timely service recovery and follow-up\n Assisting with training, coaching and onboarding of new team members across multiple departments\n Conduct huddles to ensure clear communication of the day's events to all Guest Service Agents\n Support Front Desk operations, including coverage during peak times or staffing gaps\n Assist the Food & Beverage Supervisor by covering breakfast operations, maintaining inventory, and supporting the H Bar as needed\n Assist with basic guest room inspections to ensure cleanliness and brand standards (no cleaning required)\n Oversee reservations to ensure they are pre-assigned and set-up as necessary, including monitoring Online Third Party Agency billing and communication\n Conduct Property Tours as necessary\n \n\n Support administrative tasks such as inventory, supply ordering, vendor communication and documentation of incidents or emergencies.\n Walk through of public areas and kitchen with follow up report/checklist to management\n* Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management\n \n\n \nOur successful Hotel Operations Supervisor demonstrates attributes of a great host by being aware and attentive to our guest's needs.
