Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Hotel Manager to lead our Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Dania Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader with a strong Marriott background and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Hotel/General Manager experience required
• Minimum 4 years of Marriott brand experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach department heads, and build a positive culture
• Experience driving guest satisfaction scores, revenue growth, and profitability
• Hands-on leadership style with a visible presence throughout the hotel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Location Requirement

• Must currently reside in South Florida and be within a reasonable commuting distance of Dania Beach, FL
• Relocation assistance is not available at this time.

Important Notice

Marriott brand experience and prior Hotel/General Manager experience are highly preferred qualifications for this role.

Pay: $105,000.00 per year
