The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and building systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our guests and team members. Inspect and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, locks, and other hotel equipment.

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and building systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.

• Respond promptly to guest room and facility maintenance requests.

• Inspect and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, locks, and other hotel equipment.

• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently.

• Maintain guest rooms and public areas to company and brand standards.

• Assist with emergency maintenance situations when needed.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report major issues to management.

• Follow all safety procedures and local regulations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred, preferably in a hotel or commercial property.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb stairs, and perform physical maintenance tasks.

• Flexibility to respond to maintenance needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, or emergencies.
