In this vital leadership role, you’ll inspire and guide a dedicated team, ensure every space shines, and play a key part in delivering memorable stays—every single day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a high-performing housekeeping team to consistently exceed cleanliness and service standards
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and payroll
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality, safety, and attention to detail
- Collaborate with other departments to promptly address guest needs and enhance their stay
- Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies, linens, and equipment are always on hand
- Champion health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
What You Bring
- 2+ years of housekeeping management (or similar leadership experience) in hospitality
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning processes, chemicals, and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality-related education a plus)
- Experience with budgeting and payroll is preferred
