Position: Hotel Housekeeper

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay during their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and dusting furniture
- Vacuum and mop floors, as well as clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and coffee/tea
- Ensure all areas of the hotel, including common areas and hallways, are clean and presentable
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with houseman, breakfast, laundry duties as needed
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
