Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Clean bathrooms, including scrubbing showers, sinks, toilets, and restocking toiletries
- Handle common areas like hallways, lobbies, and elevators to keep them clean and presentable
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team
- Follow hotel policies and procedures for safe cleaning practices
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and staff
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
