What Makes This Role Great

• $2800+/mo for Full Time Employment, well above the typical $14 to $16 hotels in the area pay their own housekeepers
• $100 perfect attendance bonus every month, just for showing up and doing great work of at least 30 hours/week.
• Daytime hours only. No nights, no early mornings

• W-2 position with a locally owned Crestview, FL company that pays on time, every time

Your Schedule

• Rotating 5 days on, 2 days off
• Weekdays: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• One Saturday and one Sunday per month required
• Seasonal role, starting mid August
  

What You'll Be Doing

• Turning over guest rooms to hotel brand standards: dusting, vacuuming, fresh linens, sanitized bathrooms, and replenished amenities
• Keeping public areas tidy, sanitized, and welcoming all day
• Operating vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Handling floor care and cleaning chemicals safely, following SDS guidelines
• Assisting with lifting and moving linen supplies, cleaning equipment, and waste disposal using proper manual handling technique
• Responding to guest requests politely and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay
• Following property procedures, dress code, and emergency protocols
• Reporting to the property's on site housekeeping manager
  

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of hotel or resort housekeeping experience
• Comfort with hotel sanitation standards, floor care, and safe chemical handling
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and steady movement through a full shift
• A sharp eye for detail and real pride in guest satisfaction
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, welcoming attitude toward guests and teammates
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of your rotation
• Verifiable references from a previous hotel or hospitality employer (required, and we will check)
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check and a pre employment drug screening
