Join the housekeeping team at an award-winning hotel in the heart of downtown Mobile! We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeepers / Room Attendants who take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.
What Youâll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Make beds and replace linens and towels
- Clean bathrooms, including showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and floors
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain guest room areas
- Restock toiletries, towels, and other room amenities
- Remove trash and used linens
- Report maintenance concerns or damaged items
- Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Help ensure every guest arrives to a room that is fresh, clean, and ready to enjoy
Requirements
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical housekeeping duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing a housekeeping cart
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is a plus, but qualified candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply
