We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our hospitality team and help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential in creating positive guest experiences through high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a polished and hygienic environment.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damage and report findings promptly.
- Remove trash and soiled items in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets to ensure readiness for daily duties.
- Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with consistency.
- Dependable, professional, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
