We are looking for outgoing individuals who are able to work variable hours including weekends. Handles guest reservations.Answers and transfers phone calls.Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc. Other duties as required with the department.Qualifications and Requirements:Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
