Your impact
Do you enjoy routine and preventive rounds? You’ll service guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Can you diagnose and repair basic systems? Expect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.

Are you safety-minded? You’ll inspect for hazards, needed repairs, and code compliance throughout the hotel.

What you’ll need to succeed

Hotel, apartment, or facilities maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment—used safely
Sharp troubleshooting skills and sound judgment
Strong time management and prioritization
Customer-service mindset with clear, professional communication
Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license (if required for the property)
Physical and environmental realities
Stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
Use ladders and work in confined spaces as needed
Work indoors and outdoors in a range of weather conditions
