Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It's important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations. It is expected for Bell Attendants to present a professional and well-groomed appearance. Bellman Success Formula: Every guest should feel welcomed upon arrival, cared for during their stay, and appreciated upon departure.
Some responsibilities include:
Deliver packages, messages, and amenities to guest rooms.
Assist guests with transportation arrangements.
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
Handle luggage storage and retrieval.
Keep guest belongings in a secure and safe location
Promptly respond to guest requests
