Summary: This position is responsible for preparing and reconciling daily deposits, processing accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, accurately coding and entering invoices, maintaining financial records, reconciling vendor statements, assisting with month-end accounting activities, and providing administrative support to the General Manager. This role also involves preparing reports, ensuring compliance with company accounting procedures, and collaborating with hotel departments and vendors to support efficient financial operations.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent Prior hospitality experience Required. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
