Position Summary 

Manages guest arrival, seating flow, and waitlist organization to ensure smooth and efficient dining room operations. 

Core Responsibilities 

• Greet guests promptly and professionally. 

• Manage reservations and waitlists accurately. 

• Coordinate table flow with FOH leadership. 

• Quote accurate wait times. 

• Maintain clean and organized host stand. 

Standards & Accountability 

• Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service. 

• Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times. 

• Represent Thirteen’s hospitality culture consistently. 

Qualifications 

• Strong communication skills. 

• Ability to stay organized under pressure. 

• Professional appearance and demeanor. 

• Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
